As property investment recovery specialists, we aim to provide a highly client-focused service that is always upfront and honest.

The first stage of our approach is to conduct a free initial assessment of a client's situation. This will allow us to complete a viability report, detailing the strength of a particular case and appraising the best route forward.

We aim to deliver a hassle-free service, removing our customers from the stress of dealing with overseas lawyers and eliminating the need for specialist knowledge in overseas property investment recovery.

Our fee structure is transparent, with no hidden or unexpected costs. We charge each client an initial fee, enabling us to prepare their case and commence legal proceedings.

Only on successful conclusion of a claimant's case is a final fee applicable, although calculated case by case, the fee only equates to around ten percent of the money reclaimed, often including all the previous costs, the initial investment and interest. All fees and payment arrangements will be agreed with the client before any legal proceedings are commenced on their behalf.

Only if Judicare are successful do we then charge an additional fee. All costs encountered up until a successful conclusion, are covered by the initial payment.
