Initial Free Appraisal

The first stage is for Judicare to build a thorough understanding of a case.

This system allows both parties to gain a good understanding of the case before any fees are paid.

To complete a viability assessment Judicare will need as many of the facts as possible. Wherever possible the clients should find the original documents, including;

  • reservation/purchase contract
  • proof of payments
  • schedule of events
  • copies of correspondence with developers/selling agents/lawyers
  • bank guarantee

We will use this information to assess the situation, identifying any irregularities or fraudulent activities associated with the property purchase. The client will be provided with a written viability report on the case. This details our legal opinion on the strength of a case and the best course of action to resolve a situation. In an honest manner, it allows the client to make an informed decision based on facts, with no obligation to proceed at this stage. Judicare aims to provide a highly client-focused service that is always upfront and honest about the likelihood of a case being successful.
