No Contract

An investor may be experiencing problems with a property or land purchase abroad but has no purchase contract, as the developer or sales agent has failed to provide one, despite having taken payments.

Even without a copy of the purchase contract a case is not a lost cause and may still be well worth pursuing.

We may be able to use other venues to pursue a case, using proof of payment, reservation documents and copies of past correspondence with the developer, such as emails and letters.
Judicare will assess the situation free of charge and with no obligation. If the viability report comes back as strong, then Judicare will prepare a legal case on your clients instructions.
