Fraudulent developers may offer off-plan properties on land that they do not actually own.

In such cases you may have had a developer take money only to build, or fail to build, on land that later has its ownership questioned.
If it is ever discovered that the developer has been trading fraudulently, we will act on your clients behalf to help recover the money that they have invested.
